I believe most people can benefit from massage therapy and yoga on a regular basis.
Regular massage treatments assist the body to maintain a state of natural well-being.
My sessions may include any combination of therapeutic, Swedish, aromatherapy massage and reflexology – dependent upon the present need of the client at the time of service. My goal is to help eliminate stress and pain and return the client to a state of well-being.
